Why is it difficult?

I came across this video yesterday, where a guys takes a homeless person to buy him new cloths, restaurant dinner and hotel room for 2 nights. I much appreciate the help that he did for that guy, but what happens 2 days later??? He is still homeless, jobless, food less, etc...
On the other side I see all these houses foreclosed and locked up for years...how is it FAIR that there are homes LOCKED out and still there are people on the streets. Living under the sky with no roof is cruel!!! As a human being with the 6th sense, what have we created? The society is supposed to be there to guide and make sure there is no inequality, no matter what...but it has clearly identified who gets what and who doesn't...as people we just try to go by the rules and fight to get to the other side!

Why did we create MONEY in the first place. What if we had stayed as farmers/weavers/cooks, etc. just doing stuff for our own food/cloth, we didn't have to invent the tread mill...we would be all equally fed and equally healthy.

With this crazy mechanical life, we are in fact working more, mostly by sitting at a desk, not being happy, then trying to find time to workout...lol.

We should go backwards, make machines that would require human power to operate, so we get the excise by doing actual work....your thoughts?

Jan 2013

This is my first attempt in blogging. I am starting this mainly to provide a sample for my kids. I want them to write, write a lot, write about anything and everything...I see the world is full of bloggers. It's become so obvious that communication is the key to success, in relationships, career, in anything, even fun...

Communication has many fold, speach, written, picutres, and videos...My kids are immediatly connecting with videos, and my 8 year old is obsessed with creating video blogs. She watches many video's on how to make (e.g. polymer clay stuff) and she tries to create her own video on how to make. So, I am here, trying to weigh the value of written communication. Kids still do write assignments, research reports at school, but I am talking about writting for fun and publishing so others can read and connect with you, this is not happening yet.

I just came across the words'Visible & Connect', to me, it is so pertinent and makes sense to strive to be visible and keep connection with your environment/community. Many kids have talents, but who really shines, are the ones who are not shy to show the world, self-marketing! Creating is not the only component, presentation and marketing are the key!!!

I know I have creative kids, I need to help them with self-marketing, by joining the many kids out there who are already establishing their world with connecting. So, wish me luck with this one...
